Influenza (flu) Vaccine and Covid Booster Programme ~ Winter 2022/2023

The HSE is providing the influenza vaccine for all those aged 65 years and over or in an at-risk group. An intranasal vaccine for children aged 2 years to 17 years will also be available from October. These vaccines are provided by the HSE FREE OF CHARGE.

A 3rd Covid booster vaccine for those aged 65 years and over will be available alongside the influenza vaccine.
To minimise inconvenience for our patients, these vaccines will be given at the same appointment in dedicated vaccine clinics.

We will be running vaccination clinics at Market Place Surgery from next week, as well as a Walk-in Clinic on Saturday 8th October from 9am to 12pm.

Please Note: All other Covid primary course or Covid booster vaccines for patients aged under 65 years will be provided by the HSE Vaccination centre and bookings can be made on-line at https://covid19booster.healthservice.ie/hse-self-referral/?flow=booster
